  • If you need shampoo service on-site, an additional charge of 50,000 won will apply, and it may not be possible depending on the situation.
  • If you want an updo, an additional charge of 30,000~50,000 won will apply.

Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day.

  1. Please arrive at the salon at least 10 minutes before your booking time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, you will be regarded as a no-show and no refunds will be provided.
  2. If the salon is fully booked at your desired date and time, we will notify you in advance and help you move your reservation or issue a full refund.
  3. Shampoo service is NOT included. Please shampoo your hair before your visit (do not use hair conditioner).

2 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
