Cabin assignments are subject to availability. While every effort will be made to place all members of your party in the same cabin, it is not guaranteed and assignments may be split depending on circumstances.
Only one carry-on suitcase per person is allowed onboard. The total dimensions (length + width + height) must not exceed 200 cm, and the weight must be under 30 kg.
If the ferry is canceled due to bad weather before departure, a full refund will be issued. However, cancellations made at your own request due to concerns about waves or conditions are non-refundable.
The ferry company handles ferry ticket bookings only, and is not responsible for cancellation fees related to separately booked hotels, rental cars, local tours, or transportation passes.
A cancellation certificate can be issued upon request if the ferry is officially canceled.
If you cancel your reservation before an official cancellation notice and incur cancellation fees (e.g., change of mind), those fees are non-refundable, even if the ferry is later canceled.
Please note that the Pukwan Ferry operates under the name "Kampu Ferry" in Japan.
Breakfast is included on the Seonghee ship only.

Can I book a round-trip ticket?

This product is for a one-way ticket only. If you wish to travel round-trip, please purchase two one-way tickets separately.

Is food included on board?

Breakfast is only included on the Seonghee ship, not on the Hamayuu ship. You can purchase snacks and drinks at the onboard restaurants and cafes.

Is a visa included in this product?

No. This product does not include any visa services for entry to or exit from Korea or Japan. Travelers are responsible for checking and obtaining the necessary visas before making a reservation.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Your booking is not confirmed immediately after payment. The local operator will submit your request to the ferry operator and notify you via email once it is confirmed. Confirmation usually takes up to 48 business hours.

Can I choose my seat?

No. This is not a guaranteed seat product. Seat allocation depends on availability at the time of booking confirmation.

What information do I need to provide when booking?

All nationals must provide accurate nationality and passport details. If there are issues related to visa extension purposes, your booking may be refused.

Can pregnant travelers join?
