You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

What happens if I am late and miss the bus?

If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time for any reason, it will be considered a no-show. Cancellations, changes, or refunds are not available in this case.

Once your reservation is confirmed, a 100% cancellation fee applies, and no refunds will be issued.

Can I store luggage on the bus?

No. Luggage storage is not available on the shuttle bus. Please keep your valuables with you at all times. The operator is not responsible for any loss or theft.

Will I return on the same bus I arrived on?

Not necessarily. The return shuttle after the concert may be a different vehicle. Please make sure to take all your belongings with you when getting off the bus.
