Please avoid any skin treatments or facial massages within 7 days before the makeup service to prevent visible dead skin, bruising, or redness.
Please avoid using a sheet mask on the day of your makeup appointment. If needed, use one the night before.
On the day of the visit, please apply only toner and lotion before arriving. Please avoid heavy skincare products such as sunscreen, nourishing cream, or eye cream before the makeup appointment.

Very short hair may make it difficult to create certain up-style hairstyles.
Shampoo service is not available. Please wash your hair on the morning of the reservation and arrive with your hair completely dry.
