The facts

Garosugil is a popular, upscale street in the Gangnam district of Seoul, which runs from Sinsa Station (Subway Line 3) to Sinsa middle school. It is commonly called ‘Designer’s Street’.
All along the ginkgo tree-lined street are picturesque artist studios, galleries, designer clothing shops, interior design shops, and cafés. Shoppers are greeted with distinctive selections of beautiful handmade items, unique clothing and accessories, and chic interior design items. The many boutiques on the street and the surrounding side streets display a pleasantly surprising mix of imported brands and original creations by young Korean designers.
Garosugil is particularly popular in autumn when the leaves begin to fall.
"Garosu" means trees along the street and "gil" means street. So it basically means "Tree-lined street".

Luxury street with all the luxury shops, great for strolling and shopping for luxury goods. The restaurants here tend to be more expensive and you’ll spot lots of luxury cars here as well

Coolest area in the Gangnam District. Walk around every single side street and lane; you’ll find awesome stores, coffee shops carefully designed (with great coffee) and great places to eat and drink
