Located in the Tenasserim Hills in the Kanchanaburi Province, Erawan Waterfall can easily be described as one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Thailand. The waterfall has seven layers which has a span of approximately 1,500m. Each level has its own name and holds different characteristics. As you move forward the trail gets steeper and beautiful scenes approach your sight such as small caves under the falls and large ponds with astonishing wild life.
It takes about 2-3 hours to experience all of the levels. There is an option to hire a guide, but the trail is easy to follow until the last two levels which might become a bit challenging.
