Ultra-modern cultural complex located in what used to be oil reservoirs. The old rusty oil tanks, cement blocks and industrial-looking buildings are preserved in their apocalyptic, gloomy state. However, new exhibition halls made from glass, panels, and wood add some extra instagrammable quality to the area. The complex hosts seminars, flea markets, tours, historical and art exhibitions. It also has some open-air stages, and a trendy cafe.
