Phi Phi Islands are a group of islands or archipelago in south Thailand located in the Andaman Sea about a 2-hour ferry ride away from the piers of Phuket. The islands have exotic beaches and breath taking views of the ocean for you to spend an unforgettable day!
The islands are made up of 7 islands: Koh Phi Phi Don, Ko Phi Phi Le, Koh Yung, Ko Mai Phai, Ko Bida Nok, Koh Pai, and Ko Bida Noi.
Koh Phi Phi Don boasts beautiful beaches and crystal clear water for you to enjoy snorkeling. The island is comprised of two large islets linked together by a narrow beach. The narrow beach resembles a road on the water and is a perfect spot to take photos!
Koh Phi Phi Le is the second biggest island. The island is famous for its steep limestone cliffs and this island was the shooting spot for the 2000 film "The Beach" which starred Hollywood star, Leonardo Dicaprio.
If you are visiting Krabi or Phuket, make sure you join a tour that visits the small islands.
