Terrible place. Worst service i have ever experienced in my 5 weeks here at Korea. I went to my first Kyochon chicken in garousagil area, and had a very good experience there (great food, great service - all smiles from the cashier) and expected the same in this oulet as Kyochon is a renowned place for great fried chicken.

However, when my group of friends and I stepped into this outlet, we were greeted with 3-4 black faces belonging to the staff there. We had to split up into 3 tables and they seemed unhappy about it and did not bother assisting us in finding tables - they just turned and went back into the kitchen as we went into the store.

There was no menu on the table, and only after waiting for several minutes did one of the female staff (still black-faced) come over and passed each table one menu hostilely and stormed off. We took less than a minute to decide, yet it took us forever to grab their attention to order. When we finally we got her to come over, she just stared at us indifferently while we pointed at what we wanted and again stormed off wordlessly after snatch-grabbing the menu out of our hands. I swear she rolled her eyes even.

The chicken took forever to come, which I do not blame the staff for, but it added to our already pent up frustration from the lack of respect and manners for us as customers. When the chicken finally came, the same staff walked over and lowkey slammed the chicken on the table, causing one of the pieces to drop on the floor. The

The restaurant had just started its day when we came in around 1pm which probably explained why the staff were still cleaning some parts of the restaurant. We ordered fried chicken and potato wedges for a total bill of around 22,000won. Back here in Manila, the Kyochon branches are selling plain white rice or kimchi rice to go with the chicken. Sadly, this branch in Seomyeon and the other branches in Korea do not offer rice. Because of this, we had to take out the chicken even if we wanted to eat it there. We eventually had to buy cooked rice from a nearby convenience store. Minus this search for rice, our Kyochon experience was good. The chicken that we got was crispy, juicy, not too oily and was flavorful. And as we were advised when we placed our orders, they really came out in less than 20 minutes. Happy with their service.
