The facts

Located just 10 minutes away from Myeongdong Station in the Jung-gu area, Korea House is a cultural center dedicated to promoting traditional Korean culture and customs. If you want to know more about Korean history and traditions, this is a place you must visit!

Korea House is most famous for the luxury traditional Korean cuisine. Sit down for a culinary experience where you can taste delicious Korean foods prepared by professional chefs using the finest ingredients. You will be feasting a full-course meal like a king in a Hanok (traditional Korean house) where waiters wearing Hanbok (traditional Korean attire) will be serving authentic Korean dishes.

Korea House also has a traditional theater where you enjoy a traditional dance and music performance. Beautiful performers will perform various Korean folktales wearing colorful traditional attire. On Wednesdays, the Korean folktale of "Sim Cheong" is performed through Korean dance and music. "Sim Cheong" is a story of a lovely daughter who sacrifices her life in return for her fathers' eyesight.
