The facts
Located in the lush and vibrant farmland of Gochang, Borinara Hagwon Farm is the nation's largest barley field at 561,983 meter square.
It attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors of all ages annually who come to admire and take photos of the farm's natural beauty. There is a small bamboo forest and farm restaurant on site as well. A Korean traditional-style guest house is also available for those who would like to stay the night and have a unique experience.
There are also various festivals held throughout the year with activities offered such as making flutes out of barley, an Easter egg hunt where participants search for treasures hidden in the barley fields and folk pastimes such as seesawing and rope walking. Visitors can relax and taste traditional snacks as well.
The location has also been featured in the popular drama "Goblin" starring Gong Yoo, Lee Dong-wook and Kim Go-eun.
