Adding fuel and fire to the Busan take-out food scene, The New York Guys is a hot spot for lovers of Greek food located in the Gyeongseong University area.
Following in the footsteps of the New York Halal guys outlet, this take-out food stall is selling everything from gyros and rice bowls albeit Greek style! Their menu comprises of sandwich wraps, falafels and gyros all made with homestyle Pita bread as opposed to the tortilla wraps used in other places. The meals are loaded with specially cooked chicken, fresh veggies, hot sauce and a special hint of tzatziki.
If a sandwich is not your style, you could also dig into one of their rice bowls. The rice used is Basmati and is cooked with special spices that give it a nice flavor and is not very overpowering. You can select your own toppings for your rice bowl or simply order the trio rice bowl which is a combination of chicken, falafels and gyros. Takes 2 people to finish this one! You can also add a drink to your meal at an additional charge of only 1000 won.
One day when you are lazy to cook or you are just craving something different, The New York Guys is a perfect place to get some good comfort food. Buy in a heart rice bowl or one of their special wraps, get into your PJs, put on your favourite K- drama and you are set for the evening!
