Ando is a gorgeous rooftop bar located in Itaewon. What sets the bar apart from its endless competition is the exquisite garden style rooftop. The outside area is festooned with flowers, wooden decking and swing chairs along with antique bath tubs and penguins. It's the perfect spot to take a friend when you are looking for somewhere special. Inside is just as elaborately decorated and the bar has a nice mix of wine, cocktails and Italian style food.
