Sinbads Kitchen is a Middle Eastern restaurant located in Itaewon that specializes in Moroccan and Ethiopian cuisine. The large restaurant on the third floor gazes out over the main Itaewon intersection and is large light and airy and strewn throughout with nods to middle eastern culture. The menu is large and has a variety of hugely popular dishes such as hummus, lamb, kebabs, as well as more traditional Ethiopian dish. The restaurant also host a special shisha room where you can enjoy a multitude of different flavours of smoke in your own little area.

The main menu is made up of popular middle eastern dishes such as kebabs, lamb chops, hummus, and Turkish bread along with Ethipopean specials such as Tibse a a very flavourful beef dish and Beyaynetu a collection of vegetarian foods served on the traditional bread like batter. The Ethiopian food is not to be missed.

The Ethiopian food here is spectacular, but you need to ask for the special menu and they only serve it at weekends. Get everything it's all delicious, and the portions are very large, two dishes are ample for three people.
