I went to the Lotte Fitin a this exact location and there was no 9th floor, only an 8th floor

Definitely a must go if you're a fan. And it's official so the quality of the goods are great. You can also find 2PM, Apink, B1A4 which are very difficult to find since they don't have official stores.
