Pho Roi is a Vietnamese chain of noodle shops specializing in the pho soup noodle dish. They have over 8 locations throughout Seoul and can be easily recognized thanks to their bright yellow sign.
The menu is filled with different varieties of the pho noodle soup, as well as other popular Vietnamese dishes like fresh spring rolls, and wedding shomai.
The seating is almost cafeteria style, but the food is good and it comes out quickly. Pho is the perfect cheap and quick meal to eat if you are broke and hungry.

The main menu is most filled with a variety of Pho noodle dishes, we tried the steak one which comes highly recommended by the staff. They also have fried appetizer platters which are perfect for sharing if you are in a group.
I left the restaurant feeling full and happy, it wasn't the most flavorful pho I have ever eaten, some fresh cilantro certainly would have enhanced some of the dishes, but it was cheap and filling. Personally I prefer the chain Pho Mein in Seoul.
