Saesori Mulsori meaning The sound of Bird, the sound of water in Korean is a Hanok (Korea traditional house) cafe located in the suburbs of Seoul, Seongnam city. The cafe used to be a Hanok house for more than 100 years, which now transformed into a traditional tea cafe. It serves Korean traditional tea that comes with rice cake (ddeok). One of the most popular dessert menus is Danpatjuk (sweet red bean soup). It's quite sweet and yet thick. The cafe has no chairs. You will be ushered into a small and very low table and suggested to sit on the floor as it used to be in the old days in Korea. And there's a special room where there's a small pond inside. You can also appreciate the scenery outside through the traditional windows. It's a bit difficult to reach by public transportation so it's highly advisable to move by taxi or car.
