The facts

Kim Youngmo is one of the most prestigious bakeries in Korea. Its main branch is located in dogok dong, and there is a cafeteria called Pere et fils right next to it, inside the same building (door facing door).

You can either buy baked goods and bring them home, eat them in the cafe with some drink, or get a brunch in the cafe.

The bakery was founded in 1982 and has a very big influence from French, Ferman and Japanese bakery. They sell freshly baked baguettes, gift box cookies, several pastries for breakfast and snacks, macarons, sandwiches, and gorgeous cakes (as well as portions).

Great brunch and very good pastries. Cakes are, in general, amazing.
I go here for brunch quite often because it's in my neighborhood. I like their club sandwich (12,000w) or their paninis (around the same price, depending on their filling). The cakes are to die for! As a chocolate lover, I got their chocolate cake for my birthday and everyone loved it :)

I don't drive there, but I've seen they provide free parking if you eat brunch. Call and ask about it and the conditions if you plan to drive there.

The service is quite slow and the place is usually full around 11-12 (brunch time), but at least the food comes out warm and yummy.
