Delicious Galbijjim (beef ribs marinated in a soy based sauce)
Gangnam Myun Oak is a chain with a couple of restaurants (apgujeong, hanti, etc.), It opens everyday from morning to night. Also seen open on Seollal (Korean Lunar New Year) holiday.

At the restaurant, you get a big jar of beef broth (made with the bones of the galbijjim), really warm and super tasty. Order a galbijjim portion size small for 2-3 people, medium for 3-4 people and big for more than 4 people.

The galbijjim at this restaurant is not too spicy, but still a bit spicy for those people not used at all.

Great, really great beef ribs.
They are so tasty and fulfilling!
Don't go alone or in a small party because you probably won't be able to finish the small portion unless you are 3 people (or 2 people who eat really really a lot). Therefore, although the small portion is 35,000 won, if you share it among 3 people you will pay less than 15,000w per person. Totally worth it.

For me it was a bit spicy, but it's an enjoyable spice as the beef has a lot of taste (not just pure spicy as many korean foods). For a Korean person, this place wouldn't really count as spicy.

It is a bit tricky to find the first time you go... but if you get off at Apgujeong exit 3 and follow the main road and then turn left on the right one, you will eventually find it ^^

Also, there are other branches. I visited the Hanti branch and that one is easier to find as it is on the main road at the exit of the Hanti subway stop (line yellow, bundang)
