Nakseongdae park is nearby Seoul national university and it's a very quiet park. This park is where admiral Kang Gam-chan (948-1031) was born and the name Nakseong refers to the star that fell when he was born.
It is to praise admiral Kang for his charitable deeds in Goryeo dynasty. So there's a shrine to enshrine his tablet and his statue. The park itself isn't too spacious.
