If you get on a car or bus, get off at the 'Jeju National University Entrance station' and Have a walk from there to Jeju National University's front gate. Its scenery is enough to catch the eyes of you. And then, walk through the front gate and you can find cherry blossom surrounding a lawn.
Cherry blossoms usually begin blooming from the end of the March, but flowering times are different yearly. So I recommend you confirm the flowering times in that year.
