Daeyeon-dong Cultural alley is a multi-cultural space. By connecting the houses of a residential neighborhood alley, it has become a cultural space with theaters, wine bars, galleries and so on with a unique atmosphere. It is one of the hidden specialties of Busan, and in 2008 it won the grand prize of ‘Architecture Prize of Busan'.
To explain about the stores in this cultural alley:
- 용천지랄소극장 Yongchonjiral Playhouse One of representative theaters of Busan, the theater has a lot of shows. The theater only has seats up to 100 people, and ofthey are part of the program ‘Busan International Performing Arts Festival’. Until the early 2012, it has been mainly staged many performances of 'drama factory', but now it’s holding other performances as well.
- 부엉이 Owl The bar sells beer and wine.
- 다반 Daban This place also sells wine and beer bar just like the owl.
- 몽로 Mongro Japanese-style pub
- 고방 Gobang 'Korea Traditional pub’ selling things such as Korean rice wine Makgeolli.
- 노가다 Nogada A music Pub specialized in LP music. You can feel a sense of the old Korea.
