Long Bread cafe is famous in Seoul. Finally, this cafe opened in Busan! It's next to an escalator on the fifth floor of Lotte Department in Nampodong, so you can find it easily.
Its interior is Northern European style. It's clean and sanitary. All the staffs wear apron and hood.
They serve panini, sandwich, salads and beverages made of organic food. Ricotta cheese salad is especially popular! (Ricotta cheese is a special menu in this cafe)
They don't use any harmful seasoning, artificial preservative and additives and instead they use fresh ingredients. When they use up all the ingredients prepared for the day, they don't sell any longer.
Whenever you come, you can get a stamp. If you get 12 stamps, you can get a free beverage .

The texture and taste of the breads is good. It's good with crispy outside and soft inside. Maybe because it's in a department, the management such as sanitation and staffs are so good!! I feel the ingredients are fresh :)
