Haneul Park (Sky Park), located within the World Cup Stadium Park at the highest point of the park, is a grassland park that was formed where the second site of the Nanjido Landfill but has been recovered since 2000. Haneul park has a beautiful silver grass that blooms in the autumn. The famous eulalia festival is held every fall. It's definitely worth the visit.

Haneul park (sky park) is a wonderful park around world cup stadium. Recommend time to go: October. Since all the Eulalia in bloom and there will be an Seoul Eulalia Festival at the park.

I think it really depends on the season. Once i went with a friend in winter and its really like a graveyard T.T. And yes you have to climb hundreds of stairs.

it takes 1 km from the nearest subway station, and 271 staircase to overcome but the view it self is worth it :) its so pretty ...
