every 31st of the month baskin offered free upgrade, but since its kinda big better come there with friend or family

Baskin Robbins is good, especially if you're an expat craving something from home. The prices aren't bad, and there are a good selection of flavours.
However, I think there are a lot of Korean ice cream chains which are just as good/ if not better than Baskin Robbins!
