Its Korean name is Bomal Sungae Kalguksu. Bomal is omphalius rusticus rusticus. Sungae means sea urchin. Bomal Sungae Kalguksu's color is green so it may seem a little odd but the taste is great. Also Kal of Kalguksu means a knife; and it’s called Kalguksu because unlike common noodles, Kalguksu noodle is hand-made cut by knife. So the texture of noodle is very unique. And this restaurant is located at the entrance of Jeju’s Guksu (noodle) street which is famous in Jeju. You can enjoy other noodle restaurants as well.
