This place is pretty friggin cool. It's just ice sculptures. About 50 of them. The first half of them suck, they are done by amatuers but the second half are unreal. From full on mini replica's of Gyeongbukgong palace to famous K-Pop stars and presidents. It is really cool experience that I had never done or seen before that made it a lot of fun. The negatives are that it is a mission to get to as well. Maybe consider turning it into a weekend and checking out another spot, because there will be traffic that add time to your bus ride during this festival.
Great for anyone really, they have kids stuff like sledding that will entertain them and ice sculptures that are famous Korean cartoon characters. All in all I liked this place a lot and think it really is a fun spot. Main reason for knocking off a star is getting there takes awhile.
