If there is about more then 10 people there will be about a 30 min wait.
Why? Well the changing room can only fit two people and one lady basically dresses you.
If you want some memorable costume pictures from Korea I recommend the Drama Cafe over the Princess Diary Cafe. There is a lot more space, overall the quality of clothes is better, and there are more backgrounds to choose from :)
