Don’t go here if you want good customer service or a friendly staff. I made a reservation for their Thanksgiving Dinner with a deposit. When I requested the number in my party, they told me that they didn’t have the seats available even after they had already processed my payment. They waited a day to tell me that they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate my request. Instead of offering waitlist options, which they had available, they immediately asked me if I wanted to cancel my reservation. I was promoted to cancel my reservation three times. As I was working out the situation with my friends who were joining me for the reservation, I get a FB message notifying me that they had taken the liberty of canceling my reservation telling me that I didn’t pay the correct amount (I had actually paid more) and accused them of poor customer service, which is exactly what they showed by pulling this kind of bait and switch and kicking me out of a reservation to get someone else in the door. The message concluded with “You accused us of poor customer service and this is something that we don’t need nor want during our Thanksgiving event” putting the blame back on me for their lack of planning and professionalism. As a person who lives in Seoul, restaurants should be concerned with establishing good relationships with customers who have the potential to be long term. My friends had recommended this place to me and have since learned what happened and won’t be returning. Not ok

This is a fantastic sandwich place, probably the best sandwich I've had in Korea.
They have a well-varied menu, with items such as 'jerk-chicken', 'philly-cheese steak' and more. The sandwiches are freshly made and bursting with flavour. The bread is also great!
I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comforting, delicious sandwich- and the prices are reasonable too!

A week or two ago I was out on a little pub crawl with my beloved, when we stumbled across this new gourmet sandwich place. Never one to miss out on an opportunity to eat a sandwich we went in to investigate. The menu is rather small but there are a few tasty items on it. We ordered ourselves one each and waited for them to arrive. The club sandwich (7,800) Shouldn’t really be a called a club sandwich as there is no bacon or third slice of bread in the middle, but it does have avocado which kind of made up for it for me. It has lots of mayo and is pretty damn tasty.
