Yoobu Jeongol 유부전골

"Yoobu Jeongol" is one of the local specialty in Nampodong, Busan. It is famous for "Yoobu Bottari" or fried tofu filled with cellophane noodles and tied with boiled parsley. It is served in a hot meat broth and boiled fish paste. Added with a refreshing, spicy soy sauce with chili pepper, "Yoobu Bottari" tastes even better!
