개요

"The Baker's Table," located in Itaewon’s Gyeongnidan Street, offers hearty breads, sandwiches, and soups. Run by a pastry chef, Micha Lichter from Germany, you can meet a wide selection of crusty, homemade breads set on a large table, from muesli, cookies and other desserts to English muffins. The focaccia topped with herbs and tomato is strongly recommended menu. All are available in-house or for takeout.

There are soups, salads, sandwiches and German-themed fare like currywurst and bratwurst plates with sides of pan-fried potatoes and sauerkraut.

You can also order breakfast dishes, including muesli with fruit or the “Farmer,” a plate of toast, fried eggs, bacon and hash brown potatoes.

메인 메뉴

One of the biggest selections of different breads I've ever seen. Focaccia, baguettes, boules, pitas and much more. Their sandwiches are incredibly popular, I recommend the spicy chicken, cilantro chicken or the mozzarella pesto. They also sell deli meats, hummus and baked desserts.

Fat Girl
The last week or so we have been looking for apartments in Kyungidan and HBC. Yes I’m moving to a fatgirl food heaven.!!! Whilst trawling around the neighborhood searching for suitable places to live, we stumbled across The Bakers Table. I had read a review of The Bakers Table some time ago now and put it in my mental box of places to eat, but kind of just forgot about it. So when we happened to come across it I was very happy indeed. As soon as I walked inside I knew I had found foreign food paradise. This place is filled to the brim with foody treasures. I was feeling rather peckish (when am I not?) so we stopped in to buy a sandwich. There were so many good options I didn’t know what to choose. We actually had two different dinners to go to that night ( I am in popular demand and didn’t want to deprive any of my friends of my scintillating company) so thought we would just share a sandwich from their delectable menu. I opted for the cilantro chicken (I am powerless when it comes to cilantro, its my kryptonite). We had it to go and while we were waiting I set about exploring the store.
