Guided by friendly instructors, you’ll prepare and enjoy authentic Thai dishes, like chicken fried rice or spicy minced pork salad. Meet the instructor at Maliwan Thai Cooking Class

9:00am / 1:30pm

Take a tuk-tuk ride to the local market and get acquainted with a variety of vegetables, Thai spices, and herbs

9:45am / 2:15pm

Return to the cooking school for a short break and enjoy a welcome drink

10:15am / 2:45pm

First cooking demonstration: the instructor will demonstrate the first two dishes

10:30am / 3:00pm

Move to the stove area and start cooking the two dishes with the instructor's assistance

11:15am / 3:45pm

Head to the dining area to taste the dishes you've prepared, and take a short break before the next session

11:30am / 4:00pm

Second cooking demonstration: the instructor will demonstrate two more dishes

11:45am / 4:15pm

Move to the stove area and prepare the final two dishes

12:40pm / 5:20pm

After savoring the delicious food and engaging in conversation, the school will provide each participant with a certificate of completion

1:00pm / 5:30pm

End of class
