  1. Female customers during pregnancy or menstruation are prohibited from using onsen facilities.
  2. Customers are subject to inform about any medical conditions or concerns at the reception upon arrival.
  3. Customers with serious heart conditions, high blood pressure, skin infections, or who have had surgery within the past month are prohibited from using the onsen facilities.
  4. The onsen can only be used prior to receiving any spa treatments (except Thai massage).

FAQ

The day pass gives you all-day access to the onsen facilities and resting lounge without time restrictions. Please note that the day pass does NOT include spa treatments. Please reserve your spa treatment separately.
The onsen generally takes about 45 to 60 minutes. For a truly relaxing visit, we recommend setting aside around 3 hours in total to fully unwind.
The minimum age is 3 years old. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above, and children under 4 years old must be accompanied by a same-gender parent or guardian to use the onsen facilities.
No, the bathing areas are segregated by gender. However, there are shared spaces such as the restaurant or resting areas.
