Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Protective face masks must be worn at all times in the arena.
Each game will last around 15 minutes, allowing participants to play several games and rest

It's advised not to have a big meal before you jump.
You will not be permitted to participate should you have any pre-existing medical conditions such as high blood pressure, and heart problems, dizziness, epilepsy, neurological conditions, asthma or be pregnant.
You cannot jump if you have any damage to neck, spine, legs or eyes.
You cannot jump if you appear intoxicated.
No refunds will be made if you decide to cancel on the day.
