Once you make a booking, a mobile ticket will be sent to you via email. Please present it at the ticket office to exchange for a physical ticket.

Flash photography and videography are strictly prohibited in the theater.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the show time.
Tipping is customary after taking photos with the performers. It's recommended to inquire about the appropriate gratuity amount beforehand. For photos, you can choose the performers you'd like to meet individually, rather than taking large group photos. Remember, performers' consent is required for any interaction, and each interaction may incur a separate gratuity. Guests who prefer not to offer gratuities are advised to maintain a respectful distance from the performers to avoid any misunderstandings.
