Our guide Mr Sang was fabulous. Prompt pickup from hotel, he was in car with our group so gave us good information about the places. We had about 45 min at train market and 50 min at floating market which is not enough since it took about 25 min to queue to get on the smaller boats to go around market. Wish time at markets were a little longer but overall, great tour and guide!! A very memorable day in Bangkok.

The ride there was comfortable in an air-conditioned van. Our driver was polite and helpful. The markets are definitely unique! We didn't really shop much at either markets but it was great to see!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our 20 minutes experience at the Train Market. An interesting sight that cannot be found anywhere else in the region. Our children are already requesting for the train ride for our next trip to Thailand. The floating market is obviously meant for tourists only. Expensive snacks and souvenirs. We feel that that there are better and more authentic ones within Bangkok. There were no guides at all. We were given instructions about where to meet and at what time. Other than that, we were left on our own. It would have been daunting to a new traveller to SEA.

They came on time to pick up at hotel. They gave us enough time in both the railway market and the floating market. They also gave us free long boat ride to see the village in the floating market. We really enjoyed the tour. However, they were lack of safety. I was told to sit in the middle seat next to the driver on the way to go back to Bangkok. It was tiny seat. It didn’t have even seatbelt. They drove 100km/h for 1hour. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. They should never ask people sit in the middle seat which doesn’t have seatbelt. The safety is one of the most important things in tour.

A day before our tour begins, i received a call from the driver that he will be picking us up @ 7am. When we went down to the lobby, our driver was already waiting for us. He introduced himself and lead us to the van. It was spacious, clean and he gave us a summary for today's visit :1) maeklong railway and 2) damneon saduak floating market. Our ride was smooth and we asked him for advise and he gave us good feedback. We reached maeklong on time for the 8.30am train arrival and was given 45 mins to look see look see. We bought lots of mango strips and the elephant pants as they were cheaper as compared to BKK city. We then adjourned to floating river, we got us the tickets and told us to enjoy the ride. We completed the ride within an hour as there weren't any traffic. Tried out some local food while on the boat. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks to our driver "Mr Phaisan".

I chose this tour for the pick up service since the meeting time is really early. Had to wait for the pick up for 45mins, cramp & bumpy ride throughout & the journey back was long. We manage to catch the 8.30am Maeklong train arrival, only spent about 30mins & off we go to the floating market. Paid 150THB for the market boat ride, this was optional however if you do not take the boat you will b left roaming with nothing much to see for 2hrs. The floating market get really crowded & congested that we were pretty much stuck in the boat due to massive "traffic". I will recommend this tour if you do not have high expectations since its quite far to go also the tour is inexpensive.

We joined this tour on Trazy to visit Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and Maeklong Railway Market. The driver picked us up from our hotel at 7am (he arrived earlier than that). The van is very clean and comfortable too. I'm so glad that the driver speaks good English and is very friendly. It took about an hour to reach Maeklong Railway Market. It has literally everything that we’ve seen in Thai markets – fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood, snacks, clothing, shoes as well as flowers. There are also food and drink stalls. At first glance, it looks like just another market in Thailand, but it’s the train passing through that most people want to see. The coolest thing about this market is its ability to adjust itself and perfectly encapsulates the train as it passes through. The umbrellas are pulled back only as far as necessary. The fresh produces are shifted just enough so as not to be sliced by the train metal wheels. Visitors and vendors stand daringly close to the train, close enough to touch! It's also interesting to see how the vendors execute their well-drilled routine when the train passes by. Next, we went to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market which is a short distance away. It consists of both old and young Thai vendors that have set up shops in hopes of peddling their specialty goods and snacks from their long wooden boats. The floating vendors will also display their boats with colorful ingredients, cooking gear and servings utensils for all to see. The visual display of goodies makes it a unique experience. What impressed me most are the in-boat food sellers. Fruits and drinks are the common ones, you can even buy fried food like Pad Thai, soup noodles, made to order savory snacks and grilled meat served on banana leaf. It’s amazing how they can squeeze gas tanks, oil fryers, hot soups and all other ingredients onto their tiny boats! Our tour ended at about 12:30pm and we reached our hotel at 2pm. Overall, it's a fun and family-friendly tour. Once again, thanks to our driver (he's very nice!). Booking this tour on Trazy is also easy and fuss-free.
