  1. Baby strollers are allowed, but there may be limitations depending on the location and itinerary. Please contact us in advance at experience@trazy.com if you plan to bring one.
  2. This tour is not wheelchair accessible due to the presence of stairs, slopes, and other local conditions.
  3. The local operator will secure advance reservations for the Sagano Romantic Train. Please prepare 2,000 yen in cash to cover the train and temple entrance fees, which will be collected by the tour guide on the day of the tour.

Is hotel pick-up/drop-off available?

No, hotel pick-up and drop-off service is not provided. Please come directly to the meeting point.

Do I need to pay any additional fees?

Yes. Please prepare 2,000 yen in cash for the Sagano Romantic Train ticket and temple entrance fees. This will be collected by the guide on the day of the tour.

Are children allowed?

Yes, children are welcome. Please note that infants are free of charge but no separate seat will be provided.

Is the tour stroller- or wheelchair-friendly?

Yes, but please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a baby stroller or wheelchair.
