Children under 18 years old can enter for free on Saturdays.
Individuals with a disability certificate, along with one accompanying person, can enter for free (valid certification must be presented).
Preschoolers (~6 yrs) can enter for free.
If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, they cannot be used separately. All tickets will be activated simultaneously. To use tickets individually, please purchase them in separate transactions.
Tickets for the Dome Theater and special exhibitions must be purchased separately.

Closed Days: Every Tuesday (Open if Tuesday is a national holiday), and from December 28 to January 1

How do I confirm my booking?

You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. The email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox for the booking details and the voucher containing a QR code.

I booked the ticket on my smartphone and can’t print the voucher. Can I collect a paper ticket by showing the voucher on my phone?

Yes, you can. Simply display the "use start screen" on your smartphone and present it at the designated station to collect your paper ticket.

What should I do if I want to watch a show at the Dome Theater?

You can purchase tickets at the ticket counter on the day of your visit, subject to seat availability. Alternatively, tickets can be reserved online up to one week in advance. You may also upgrade your existing admission by paying the difference.
