The Korean Royal Cuisine, designated as an Intangible Cultural Asset by the government, is located in Jongno-gu. The cooking lessons provided keep the same methods of cooking as they were during the Chosun Dynasty. There are two sessions: from April to June and from September to November. You can learn how to make Bulgogi 불고기, Bibimpap 비빔밥, Mandu 만두, Naengmyeon 냉면, Japche 잡채).
