Adult tickets apply to junior high school students and older.
Child tickets apply to elementary school students.
Each adult can bring 1 preschool-aged child for free. A children's fare will be charged for the second preschool-aged child.
Please complete the boarding procedure at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
Passengers who disembark during the cruise will not be allowed to re-board.
Boarding is only permitted from designated boarding points. Midway boarding is not allowed.
The cruising course may be canceled or altered due to weather conditions or tide levels. Access to the upper deck may also be restricted under such circumstances. A full refund will be issued if the cruise is canceled.
Seats available on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are no shops or restaurants on the water bus. Passengers may bring their own food and drinks.
Wheelchair users are advised to contact the operator in advance of boarding.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on board.
Animals, including pets in carriers, are not allowed on board (except for service or guide dogs).
