[Boarding]

A final confirmation email will be sent to you within 1~2 business days.
Please show it to the staff before boarding to get a ticket(s) and a luggage tag(s). Boarding normally starts 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

*From Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK):

It's strongly advised that you book for the coach time at least 2 hours after your ETA of your flight. This is to give a time for luggage pick-up, visa/immigration, and custom clearance.
If your flight is delayed and you miss the coach for that reason, the service provider will rearrange your transfer to the next available coach at an additional charge of 50 baht per person, only when your originally booked coach departure is at least 2 hours away from your flight ETA.
If the above case happens and your original booking was for the last available coach departure of the day, or there's no available seat on any next coaches, you'll need to arrange an alternative transfer on your own.
If you miss the coach for other reasons, no refund will be issued.

Please wait at the lobby at least 10 minutes before the confirmed pick-up time.
The vehicle may arrive 10~30 minutes earlier or later depending on traffic. You can check the van status using the contact information provided in the confirmation email.
Due to the characteristic of a shared van & coach transfer service, customers MUST be ready for pick-up at around the designated pick-up time. The driver/staff won't wait for those who haven't checked out from their hotels and still in their rooms, or who haven't returned to their hotel lobby after shopping/tours yet. It's your responsibility to keep the confirmed pick-up time.
If you miss the coach, no refund will be made.

[Luggage]

The staff member will help you put your luggage in and out from the storage compartment of the vehicle. While they'll do their best to handle customers' luggage, your luggage may be put on top of items from other passengers in the compartment. If you have any fragile item to be placed in the storage, please inform the staff. However, it's your responsibility to look after it including any loss or damages. It's recommended to have your own travel insurance to insure any of your valuables.
All baggage must be clearly labeled with the name of the owner and destination address.
The following items should not be included in the baggage, and it's customers' liability for damages or loss of these items:

Cash and/or cash equivalent
Jewelry, antiques, or similar valuable items
Any fragile items (e.g. glassware)
Electronic devices (e.g. camera, mobile phone, laptop)

Please leave spare time for the possibility of late departure or bad traffic along the way. It's not the local provider's or Trazy's liability for any missed flights or trips, occurring from situations beyond control such as: accidents causing delays to the vehicle; restricted vehicular access; exceptional/severe weather conditions/compliance with requests of the police; deaths and accidents on the road; unforeseen traffic delays; any actions by 3rd parties; problems caused by other customers; the vehicle being held/delayed by a police officer/government official; or any other circumstances that may affect delays and safety.
The included insurance covers the maximum medical expenses in case of bodily injury of 50,000 baht per person and passengers' accidental death/disability of 100,000 baht per person. It is recommended that customers have their own travel insurances to cover their medical expenses, damages, or losses as necessary.
Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are not allowed while traveling on a coach and a van.
All customers MUST fasten their seat belts while traveling on all public transportation if provided, as otherwise there can be a fine of 5,000 baht.

FAQ

How early should I book my shared transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)?

It is strongly recommended to book your coach at least 2 hours after your flight's estimated arrival time. This allows sufficient time for luggage pick-up, visa and immigration processing, and customs clearance.

What happens if my flight is delayed and I miss the coach?

If your flight delay causes you to miss the coach, the service provider can reschedule you on the next available departure for an additional 50 baht per person, provided your original booking was at least 2 hours after your flight ETA. If no seats are available or it was the last departure of the day, you will need to arrange an alternative transfer.

What should I do if I miss the transfer for reasons other than a flight delay?

No refund will be issued for missed transfers caused by reasons other than a flight delay.

How should I prepare for hotel pick-up in Pattaya?

Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pick-up time. Vehicles may arrive 10–30 minutes earlier or later depending on traffic. Drivers will not wait for customers who are not ready at the designated pick-up time.

How is luggage handled during the shared transfer?

Staff will assist with loading and unloading your luggage. Fragile items should be clearly marked, and it is your responsibility to supervise your valuables. Items such as cash, jewelry, electronics, antiques, or fragile goods are not recommended for transport. Clearly label all baggage with your name and destination address.
