Are there any restrictions on luggage size or weight?
Each piece of normal luggage must be under 200cm in total dimensions and weigh less than 30kg. If you would like to store sports equipments (surfboard), musical instruments (guitar, drum, keyboard, etc.), bicycles, strollers, or any items not packed in suitcases, please select the special luggage option.
Are there any prohibited items?
Please note that a thorough search for prohibited items will be conducted. Therefore, you must provide the passcode for your luggage upon booking. If your luggage contains any of the following items, delivery may be refused on the day.
