Hotel pick-up will be by shared minivan with 9~10 passengers.
Complimentary hotel pick-up is available within central Chiang Mai city areas.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
2 months before the event (before Sept 3, 2025): 80% refund
Between 1~2 months before the event (before Sept 4~Oct 3, 2025): 50% refund
1 month before the event (from Oct 4, 2025 onwards): Non-refundable

FAQ

Is hotel pick-up included in the ticket?

Hotel pick-up service is available only for Platinum ticket holders. A shared minivan (9–10 passengers) will pick you up from central Chiang Mai city areas. If your hotel is located outside the city center (within 25 km), an additional fee of 300–800 baht applies, payable on-site.
