FAQ
Is hotel pick-up included in the ticket?
Hotel pick-up service is available only for Platinum ticket holders. A shared minivan (9–10 passengers) will pick you up from central Chiang Mai city areas. If your hotel is located outside the city center (within 25 km), an additional fee of 300–800 baht applies, payable on-site.
Is drop-off service included after the show?
Yes, drop-off at the city center (Maya Mall or the night market) is provided for both Gold and Platinum ticket holders.
Can children join for free?
Yes, children under 6 years old can enter free of charge.
What are the shuttle bus hours from the meeting point?
Shuttle buses from the meeting point operate between 3:30pm and 4:30pm. Please show your eTicket to the staff before boarding.
