Cruise Terminal/Airport Pickups: Due to possible delays, the driver will provide 90 minutes of free waiting time. Any waiting time beyond this will incur an additional fee, payable in cash directly to the driver.
- Van for up to 4 people: 20,000 won per 30 minutes after 90 minutes
- Van for up to 5 people: 15,000 won per hour after 90 minutes
- Big van for up to 12 people: 30,000 won per hour after 90 minutes
An additional fee of $10~20 USD (Van & Big Van) will apply for 10:00pm~5:00am pick-ups. In this case, please select and pay the Late night/ Early morning charge when you make a booking.

In case you need to pay an extra fee for early morning/late night transfer service, we will send you a separate payment request to you after you make a booking.
*An additional charge of $10~20 USD (Van & Big Van) will apply for 10:00pm~5:00am pick-ups.
Cruise Terminal/Airport Pickups: Due to possible delays, the driver will provide up to 90 minutes of free waiting time. After that, an additional fee of 15,000 won per hour will be charged, payable in cash directly to the driver.
If you are departing from Seoul to the cruise terminal on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday or snowy day, please plan to depart at least 4~5 hours before your cruise departure time.
If a luggage that hasn't been informed in advance does not fit in the van for any reason (excess number/size of bags), it is your responsibility to hire another van and pay the full charge on the day.
No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate bookings from any other transfer providers unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.
If your group arrives at both Incheon Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, please arrange for one party to move to the other terminal. Free shuttle transportation is available between the terminals. Please note that the driver cannot provide pickups at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 under a single booking.

1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

FAQ

What if my flight/cruise is delayed and my arrival time changes?

As you will be required to provide your flight or cruise information upon booking, the driver will monitor your schedule and adjust the pickup time accordingly. However, if your flight/cruise number or travel date changes, please email us at experience@trazy.com and let us know.

Are there additional fees for late night or early morning transfers?

Yes. An additional fee applies for transfers scheduled between 10:00pm and 5:00am:
- Van/Big Van: $10~20 USD
*A separate payment link will be sent after booking if the fee applies. Please also select the Late night/Early morning option when booking.

What if I have a lot of luggage or oversized bags?

Please accurately declare the number and size of your bags when booking. If your luggage does not fit in the vehicle due to incorrect or missing information, you will need to arrange and pay for an additional van on the spot.

Can the driver pick up from both Incheon Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2?

No. Pickup from both terminals is not available for a single booking. If your group arrives at different terminals, please use the free shuttle at Incheon Airport and gather at one terminal for pickup.

Is the price for a one-way transfer?

Yes, the listed price is for one-way only, from one terminal to one hotel (or vice versa). Additional stops are not included.
