• Participants under 20 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• There are two floors at Yona Beach Club. Please select your preferred zone correctly when booking.
• Children may use the pool only under the supervision of their parents or guardian at all times. The facility is not responsible for any accidents that may occur.
• Alcohol will not be sold to anyone under 20 years old.
• Pets are not allowed onboard.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
• Jumping from the boat is prohibited
• Please do not bringing unnecessary or valuable items during, as the operator is not responsible for any loss or damage.
• The facility reserves the right to remove anyone who does not follow the rules or puts themselves or others at risk.
• The operator may change or cancel the day on board due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment issues, weather, or unsafe water routes. In such cases, an alternative date or a full refund will be provided.
