Please note that large or long luggage, such as kickboards or carry-on bags, is prohibited to prevent inconvenience to other visitors. If aquarium staff deems your luggage unsuitable, you may be asked to store it elsewhere.
Photography is allowed inside the aquarium, however, we ask that you avoid using flash photography to protect wildlife. Photos and videos should be used for personal purposes only, as commercial photography is strictly prohibited.
Re-entry is not permitted.
It may become crowded during the initial admission phase for each time slot.

Pets are not permitted inside the aquarium, except for assistance dogs such as guide dogs.
