- The entire cruise is non-smoking.
- Please arrive at the port 20 minutes before departure. At the Nagahama Port ticket counter, let the staff know your name and that you have a reservation. After completing the boarding procedure, please wait in the waiting area. Boarding begins 10 minutes before departure.
- Free Wi-Fi is available on board (Lake Biwa Free Wi-Fi); however, connectivity may be unstable due to the route and signal conditions.
- Cruise schedules, port departures, and arrivals may be adjusted or canceled due to strong winds or bad weather.
- Customers with reservations must also visit the ticket counter on the day of boarding to complete the boarding procedures.
- Passengers are requested to wear masks on board. Eating and drinking on board are prohibited.
- Chikubu Island offers two rest areas and two souvenir shops.
[Wheelchair Access]
- Nagahama Port and the ship are not barrier-free, it is necessary to leave the wheelchair temporarily when boarding. Regular cruises can accommodate wheelchairs. Please consult with each port in advance.
[Luggage and Bicycles]
- Luggage Storage: Luggage can be stored for a fee of 400 yen. Please inquire at the counter.
- Bicycles: Only folding bicycles are permitted (Rinko bag required). Loading bikes is subject to space availability; please consult with Nagahama Port in advance.
