Children younger than 36 months old are free of charge and will share seats with their parents in the vehicle. Please bring valid age documentation of your children.
Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Seniors aged 70 and above must be in good health and suitable for travel. They are required to be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above to ensure their well-being during the tour. A health certificate may be required if necessary.
Each passenger may bring one small handbag or backpack. If you need to bring a suitcase or other large luggage, please inform us at the time of reservation for confirmation.

Please note that this tour does NOT include entry to Yoichi Distillery. Sightseeing is limited to the exterior of the distillery, and no entry will be permitted.
Tengu Mountain Ropeway fare is NOT included.

Please make sure you arrive at the meeting location at least 5 minutes before departure. The tour staff will not wait for late arrivals. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
This is a shared group tour. Please follow the scheduled itinerary and the guide’s instructions at all times.
During the group itinerary, leaving the group in advance or in the middle of the tour is not allowed. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be considered your own abandonment, and no refund will be given. Any accidents that may occur after leaving the group are solely your responsibility.
Please keep your mobile phone switched on and reachable during the tour so the staff can contact you in case of emergencies or itinerary adjustments.
Please take good care of your personal items and avoid bringing valuables. Any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour is the participant’s responsibility.
