  1. Please make sure you arrive at the meeting location at least 10 minutes before departure. Since this is a group tour, the bus will depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. No refunds will be made for missed departures.
  2. In accordance with Japanese regulations, vehicle operation is limited to a maximum of 10 hours per day, and the guide may adjust the schedule as needed.

  4. A reminder email with a group chat link will be sent between 3:00pm and 5:00pm one day before departure.
  5. If the cruise cannot operate due to weather or sea conditions, Cape Ogon will be visited instead.
  6. The tour may be modified or cancelled for safety reasons due to severe weather conditions.
  7. If the operator cancels the tour before departure, a full refund will be provided.
