Once you make a booking, a mobile ticket will be sent to you via email. Please present the mobile ticket to enter the venue.
Please keep in mind
This is a public bath-style hot spring. The bathing ticket is valid for one-time use per day. A new ticket must be purchased on-site for re-entry.
Men and women have separate bathing areas.
The hot spring is separated by gender. Children under 7 years old or under 120cm tall can take mixed-gender baths.
Re-entry into the bathing area after exiting the changing room is not permitted.
Large luggage can be kept at the reception desk.
Keep the locker key with you at all times.
The facility is not responsible for accidents, theft, or loss of belongings.
The use of mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited in bathrooms and dressing rooms. Photography and videography are also not allowed.
Valuables should be stored in a locker, and the key must be kept by the guest.

FAQ
Can I enter the onsen if I have tattoos?
No. Guests with tattoos, those who are inebriated, or individuals associated with anti-social groups will not be permitted to enter.
Are the baths mixed-gender?
The onsen is divided by gender. However, children under 7 years old or under 120 cm tall may use mixed-gender baths with a parent or guardian. Children who are 7 years or older, or taller than 120 cm, must use the bath for their own gender.
Can children enter the onsen alone?
No. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 years old can enter for free.
Can I store my luggage at the onsen?
Yes, large suitcases can be stored at the reception desk.
What if I lose my locker key?
A fee of 2,000 yen will be charged for a lost changing-room locker key, and 1,000 yen for a lost footlocker key. Please note these fees are non-refundable even if you later find the key.
Are towels provided?
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are provided. Towel rentals are available (100 yen for a small towel, 200 yen for a bath towel). Towels can also be purchased (200 yen for a small towel, 400 yen for a bath towel). You are welcome to bring your own.
